SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• • Within the submission form, you will be asked to provide the following:
• • Presenter's name, contact details and experience
  • Why the research / QI question, best practice or clinical case is relevant to LTC (max. 75 words)
• • Poster title
  • Poster author(s) credentials and affiliations 
  • Poster abstract (max. 250 words)
  • Poster forms must be submitted no later than Wednesday, September 9, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.
