SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Within the submission form, you will be asked to provide the following:
• • Presenters’ names, contact details, and credentials (max. 2 presenters)
• • Potential conflicts of interest for each speaker. If accepted, a completed conflict of interest form will be requested from each speaker.
  • Workshop title
  • Three (3) learning objectives
  • Workshop abstract (max. 250 words)
  • Relevance for long term care clinicians (max. 75 words)
  • Target audience
  • Key themes or topics covered
  • Instructional methods used
  • Identify which CanMEDS roles are addressed in the session
  • Select session format (30 minutes, 60 minutes or 3 hours)
  • Presenter availability
  • Workshop forms must be submitted no later than Tuesday, March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.
